Booking Guidelines
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check‑in
- New clients should book an Initial Treatment for Acupuncture
Payment & Fees
- Payment is due in full after your appointment (cash, credit, or debit accepted)
- Receipts are provided for insurance purposes where applicable
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge
- If you are unwell, please contact us to adjust your appointment
Client Care & Safety
- Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, or recent changes in health
- Acupuncture needles are sterile, single‑use, and disposed of safely after each session

- In‑person sessions are held at our clinic at 49 Albion Street, Medford, MA 02155.
- Session lengths vary; please check service descriptions when booking.
